Finally tried out Dosa Factory. They’re a South Indian restaurant that specializes in dosa (duh). You’ll find them next door to Sun Bo Kong.
We dropped in on a Monday afternoon (around 1:30pm) and it was busy inside. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive.
All their dosas (which come with a dessert) are $6.99 on Monday’s.
Lamb palak dosa ($6.99)
Okay but the lamb was a touch dry and there wasn’t much spinach mixed in. The flavours were on the light side.
Madrasi style special dosa ($6.99)
Spread special chutney with masala. A bit more seasoning came through but nothing jumped out at us.
Lamb vindaloo and alu gobi dosa – my buddy ordered two dosas to go. They gave gulab jamun as the desserts.
Decent dosas but doesn’t beat out House of Dosa’s offerings.
