It’s been a year since our original visit to Creek & Gully and things have changed.
Tastings are also now $10.00/person (for 5 pours + apple juice to finish) but is waived with a purchase of $20.00 or more.
Their cider bottles are in the $22.00 to $26.00 (tax included) price range.
We came in as a walk-in when all the picnic tables outside were full.
They were nice enough to sneak us in to do a tasting by one of their barrels until a table opened up. Our pourer was super easygoing and friendly.
They do the tastings outside in their back patio area with a gorgeous view.
Newtown granny 2020 – a bit more citrusy.
We bought a bottle ($22.00) for home.
Century
Aurora 2020 – this was the same as last year (merlot). Slight off dry finish. Apparently, they use a different grape every year that they make it.
Goldie 2019 – this is their barrel aged cider. Aged in oak barrels.
Crabby apple – solid like last year’s version.
Juice – still as good as we remembered. Crazy that it’s good to drink for up to 2 months.
Solid ciders again at C&G. Make a reservation if you don’t want to wait.
