We stopped into Brühe for a light snack. They have two locations in town (Avenida and Ramsay). You’ll find this one next door to Integra Naturopathics.
We dropped in on a Sunday afternoon (around 3:00pm). The inside is tiny but they had two tables outside to sit at. They let you sample flavours.
They carry Righteous Gelato (but didn’t advertise that), Happy Belly Kombucha (four flavours on tap), bone broth and some food.
Apparently, their grilled cheese is supposed to be good.
Two scoops ($7.00)
We went with the lemon lavender and mango pineapple. Good texture and flavour. Haven’t had Righteous Gelato in awhile but it’s still solid.
Not sure I’d return but it’s a corner neighbour spot to grab something light.
