I’ve never heard of EStEA Cafe before but they’ve been around for years. They’re next to Lee Garden Seafood Restaurant and Myst Asian Fusion is across the street.
Hours. One of the few places open till 1:00am.
We dropped in on an early Saturday (around 5:30pm) and had the place to ourselves. The inside is massive with two huge seating areas. Service is slow; it took them 25 minutes to make one of our drinks and that was with no other customers around.
Bubble tea drink options.
There’s three menus; Taiwanese dishes, teppenyaki, hot pot and waffle cups. The main sheet has food (rice omelette, hot pot, noodle, rice and snacks).
Along with drinks (milk tea/green milk tea/black tea/green tea, latte, soya pudding, lime fruit tea, hot tea and premium).
Soya pudding with ginger syrup (TF09) ($4.75)
We found the ginger syrup light in flavour. The dou fu hua was decent but nothing particularly memorable about it.
Mango paradise (D33) ($5.75)
Mango, mango stars and mini pearls. The amount of mini pearls and mango stars was sparse. Drink was creamy but didn’t have much flavour. For a mango drink, it lacked in substance.
Premium matcha ice cream slush (S01) ($6.50)
Mochi, matcha ice cream and red beans. J added extra mochi ($1.00) which were chewy and bouncy. This was everyone’s favourite.
Debit or cash only. EBC is casual spot to grab a BBT or some Taiwanese eats.
