Our second pit stop while we were in Bellingham was to try out a cidery, Herb’s Cider. They’re a few steps down from Camber Coffee.
Signs outside. Happy hour is 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Hours.
We dropped in on a Friday (around noon) and we’re the ones ones there. Hello day drinking! The inside is gorgeous and decor is on point. Plenty of seating, a couple comfy sofa areas and hipster light bulbs at each table.

They had some clothing and ciders available for purchase.
Cider pint glass was cool so we bought one for home ($6.00 US).
There’s over a dozen flavours to choose from. We chatted with the worker who let us try several samples before we decided on what we wanted for our flight.
There’s a small menu of snacks along with two panini options.

Hard pretzels
We were offered pretzels and Dijon mustard complimentary. Nice touch to offer us a light snack.
Flight ($12.00 US for 4)
We opted for the hazy hopped, black note berry, northern spy and triplet reserve.
Hazy hopped was bright and citrusy; nothing like you’d expect.
Blackberry was the sweetest flavour they had but not overwhelmingly so. Good flavour.
Northern spy had a very crisp, smooth apple taste.
Last but not least, the triplet reserve was a barrel aged in oak. Full mouth feel, like a chardonnay.
Surprised us as we usually don’t enjoy barrel aged things.
Pint glass ($6.00 US)
Loved the look and feel of their pint glass. Well priced too.
Awesome cidery to bring a date or enjoy a few drinks with friends. Unique flavours and we’ll be back for their blue note (blueberry cider).
