Our third stop of the day was at Blasted Church Vineyards, which my sister adores. They have some unique branding and labelling.

We dropped in on a Friday afternoon (around 2:30pm). The inside has two areas to do samplings which are $5.00/person. You get to choose four and fees are waived if you buy a bottle.
They only had 7 wines to choose from (three whites and four reds) although their full list had 22. Disappointing that they don’t offer a better selection. Their bottles range in the $18.00 to $45.00 range. Note: prices do not include taxes.
They also had a small blessings limited series tasting ($10.00/person non-refundable).

One shelf: big bang theory, syrah, cab franc, merlot, cab sauv and cab merlot.
Another shelf: nectar of the Gods, OMFG, OMG and small blessing (viognier, cabernet sauvignon, semillon and be fruitful).
Last shelf: unorthodox chardonnay, pinot gris, pinot noir, viognier, sauvignon blanc, gewurztraminer and Harfield’s fuse.
Cute that you can buy half bottles (375 ml) of their Harfield’s fuse (12 blend varieties) and big bang theory (6 blend varieties).

Big bang theory 2017 – this was our favourite from the bunch so we bought a bottle ($21.50). A blend of six varieties worked wonders.
