Our fourth and final winery stop on Canada Day. We saved the best for last. Little Straw Vineyards was easily one of our favourite wineries of the trip.
Not a bad view viewpoint along with a picturesque photo op with their truck.
Wine tasting are a suggested pay by donation. Really great value for their bottles, especially if you buy in bulk.
It’s 10% off for 6 bottles and 20% off if you buy a dozen. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
White wines: 2015 old vines auxerrois, 2016 la petite paille sauvignon blanc, 2017 sauvignon blanc, 2016 tapestry, 2016 pinot rose and 2017 chenin blanc
Red wines: 2013 la petite paille cuvee noir, 2016 blau frankish foch, 2014 marechal foch and 2012 southern cross.
New releases. Hello chenin blanc.
A couple of jelly sauces. Ice wine jelly sounded good.
This wasn’t on the menu but it was excellent. Always love chenin blanc. Grabbed a bottle ($21.00).

2015 old vines auxerrois ($17.90) was my favourites from the whites. Got a bottle.

The 2012 southern cross was the only red I enjoyed from the bunch. A blend of four wines; smooth, oaky finish.
Excellent quality wines and true value at LSV. We bought almost two dozen bottles. Definitely should be on your list of wineries to visit.
