Before heading into Victoria, we made a pit stop in Saanichton to specifically check out Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse.
We dropped in on a Friday afternoon. Unlucky for us, they were prepping for a wedding (so closing early) but we were able to get a quick and free cider tasting.
The grounds are absolutely stunning. Perfect place to grab a drink and enjoy the view.
The regular menu has cider tastings from short (3 samples) to long (9 samples).
Witch’s broom was one of their specials.
If you buy three bottles of cider, you get wholesale pricing.
There’s some merchandise (t-shirts and hats), cider bottles (buy three, get wholesale pricing) and snacks/jams/condiments.
Closeup on a few of their cider bottles.
Have to say I really regret not buying the hat. The “We Want Cider” logo is dope!
There was only three (plus a seasonal) for us to try. Nothing particular stood out for us so we passed on getting any bottles.
But I’ll have to come back for that hat!
