Iconoclast Koffiehuis

I love places that are hidden and off the beaten path. Somehow, Iconoclast Koffiehuis has managed to stay under the radar even though it’s been open for years. Heck, they have a second location now so word must finally have gotten out. The Art of Cake is located right beside them (the back entrance).

The inside is super inviting with vinyl playing in the background (Sam Smith when we were there).

There’s even a chess set and table tennis to amuse you! They have those old school elementary chairs as seating. Very laid back, mellow vibes here.

There’s more food selection at their other location (inside LeMarchand Mansion).

I should really play. So much fun.

A real chess set. Will have to bring my chess buddy here next time.

I don’t know why but I love the hanging bicycle as decor.

The menu is small and simple. Beverages and a few items to eat (bagels and pastries).

They also have some beans that you can buy by the bag.

London fog ($4.00) and hot chocolate ($4.00)
DSC02477M loves her London fogs. This one was decent.

My hot chocolate wasn’t too sweet so if you’re looking for something decadent, this is not it. But good in our books.

Always a chill place to have a drink and catch up. Love the small tables where you can sit outside and enjoy your cup of choice.
